increase even before the tax had gone into effect we wandered through the temple of apollo and walked on marble tiling which was in incredibly good condition we strolled through temples and forums and gazed at an cient monuments walked through rough streets and marvelled at night in the sum mer the old city is floodlit and this gives an added beauty to to all the ancient buildings while we were there there was a terrific thunder storm and torrential rain we shel tered in no less a place than the temple of apollo i believe some of the visitos had an eerie feeling at this time i personally felt that it would not be at all surprising if some of the inhabitants were to come out and welcome us among other itaban cities we passed through were naples siena milan porto fino sorrento and over to he isle of capri looking down as we drove around a wind ing road on to the bay of naples i could quite under stand the phrase see naples and die for it is a very beautiful bay indeed two of the things that must not be missed in this city are the national museum and the aquarium in the museum you will see antique sculptures re covered from the cities of pompeii and herculaneum which were buried when mt vesuvius erupted the aqua rium is quite enormous it has a small collection but you will find fish there of an unsual variety for a number of years the blades group has specialised in be asking their employers for more money and so the vicious circle will begin all over again mr and mrs daniel have become active in several nr ganizations in bermuda in eluding the english speaking union the committee of twenty five and the national foundation and they are mem bers of the mid ocean club the belmont golf club ml the royal bermuda yacht club it will soon become eviden to most bermudians that a payroll tax will not help with our problem of high cost and will in fact only add to the inflationary atmosphere in bermuda more and more it is obvious that bermuda musi institute an payroll tax would cause prices to rise n swered an immediate car tainly everyone who was ap proached agreed that ber muda was in for a time of in creased costs and man 1 .' housewives noted that they had already observed a consider able increase even before the tax had gone into effect we wandered through the temple of apollo and walked on marble tiling which was in incredibly good condition we strolled through temples and forums and gazed at an cient monuments walked through rough streets and marvelled at night in the sum mer the old city is floodlit and this gives an added beauty to to all the ancient buildings while we were there there was a terrific thunder storm and torrential rain we shel tered in no less a place than the temple of apollo i believe some of the visitos had an eerie feeling at this time i personally felt that it would not be at all surprising if some of the inhabitants were to come out and welcome us among other itaban cities we passed through were naples siena milan porto fino sorrento and over to he isle of capri looking down as we drove around a wind ing road on to the bay of naples i could quite under stand the phrase see naples and die for it is a very beautiful bay indeed two of the things that must not be missed in this city are the national museum and the aquarium in the museum you will see antique sculptures re covered from the cities of pompeii and herculaneum which were buried when mt vesuvius erupted the aqua rium is quite enormous it has a small collection but you will find fish there of an unsual variety for a number of years the blades largest insur ance brokerage and underwrit ing agencies in the united states before moving to be - muda the next question with the anticipated rise in prices is naturally a rise in wages when prices rise in bermuda employees will be asking their employers for more money and so the vicious circle will begin all over again mr and mrs daniel have become active in several nr ganizations in bermuda in eluding the english speaking union the committee of twenty five and the national foundation and they are mem bers of the mid ocean club the belmont golf club ml the royal bermuda yacht club it will soon become eviden to most bermudians that a payroll tax will not help with our problem of high cost and will in fact only add to the inflationary atmosphere in bermuda more and more it is obvious that bermuda musi institute an income tax be cause this is the only unilatei.il form of taxation mr and mrs daniel moved to bermuda in 1969 when he accepted a position as vic president and managing
